*CURRENT PACKAGE IS BASED ON OUR 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK RATES* This is our 1 on 1 training package where you will work 1 on 1 with one of our LV3 trainers. Training specifics include muscular strength & conditioning, basic boxing skills training 🥊, Injury prevention and range of motion training. This package also comes with weekly weight check-ins & accountability help with nutrition. Below is pricing per session, varies depending on: 1. Age 2. Number of workouts weekly 3. Location (Travel sessions will take mileage into consideration) 4 Sessions / Week- $45 3 Sessions / Week -$50 2 Sessions / Week -$55 1 Session / Week -$65 All children under 13 years old rates are deducted $15 from the list above. Teens from 13-18 are deducted $10 from the list above.
