This is our small group training package where you will be worked into a small group of members, led by one of our LV3 trainers.
Training specifics include muscular strength & conditioning, basic boxing skills training 🥊, Injury prevention and range of motion training.
This package also comes with weekly weight check-ins & accountability help with nutrition.
This plan can always be modified to get more sessions in weekly, available upon customer request!
